Starting in real estate in 2014 as a stopgap position, I interviewed for an ISA position on a Keller Williams team but was instead hired to manage their entire office. Many coordinators will tell you that you “don’t have to be licensed to do the job”. This is only true in the most stripped down, basic version of the job. Without a license you are not allowed to draft forms or prepare contracts, explain or discuss listings, act on behalf of the agent to gain information, or represent the client in any way. They are only able to do basic tasks. This is precisely why I otained a a estate license in 2017 and have kept it active since. Not to sell homes myelf, but to provide the most comprehensive support possible.

This is the most frequently asked question we receive. It is easy enough to answer. If it doesn’t close, you do not pay us anything. It is not an ideal situation for anyone to put in work and receive nothing in return, but it happens. We would not feel right taking money from you if you are not getting paid.

Just because we “can” doesn’t mean we want to or that it is what we are best suited for; the sole purpose of obtaining a real estate license was to provide more comprehensive assistance to our clients. We all achieve more when we understand our personal strengths and weaknesses.

You can rest assured that we are not interested in poaching your clients or sharing your private business information with others. The short answer is yes, we would love to be able to. The realistic answer is unfortunately it doesn’t always work. The chemistry and personalities have to work. There needs to be a clear understanding between us regarding expectations, responsibilities, and workflow. If the fit isn't right, then it isn't a recipe for success.

We have worked with a development team to create a system that has the ability to standardize tracking and emails for consistent, correct formatting. This combined with a few other custom systems is the backbone of it all. There's several services and technical components used for additional coverage (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Permit Search, CRM/Database, Social Services, Google Drive/Workspace, etc.) for a well-rounded level of support.

The short answer is no. You are not required to use Closer to Closed (unless stipulated by your real estate team/team leader) but we prioritize repeat agents who send us all of their files or numerous files. Understand that we take the good with the bad, just like you do. We try hard to be as fair as possible and expect the same in kind. A new build that is easy offsets a deal that falls apart where no one gets paid. You win, we win, that's how all this works.
